RESUMEN<br/>En los últimos 5 años se ha visto una masificación de supermercados, su incremento va desde nuevos locales a la ampliación de superficies en un 26%. Su causa se debe al crecimiento de la actividad comercial y las ventas de los supermercados especialmente, siendo necesario investigar la influencia que generan los compradores impulsivos, mediante el trade marketing para evidenciar la sensibilidad de las personas frente a esta acción que permite beneficiar principalmente a los supermercados.<br/>El objetivo es estudiar que variables influyen en el comportamiento del consumidor ante las estrategias de marketing que aplican los supermercados, mediante una encuesta aplicada a las personas mayores de 18 años posteriormente al haber realizado una compra en los supermercados Jumbo y Líder. |
