Esta ciudad permite evaluar el desarrollo y progreso que las autoridades estatales consideraban importante para efectuar el tránsito de una economía tradicional a una que intenta insertarse a una modernidad restringida en la práctica, debido a la superficialidad de los avances en los sectores primarios y terciarios.
