estructurales e institucionales.
Education is a right that should be accompanied by
the existence of the human being, a right that is nonnegotiable, non-transferable and opens the
possibility that the individual can access knowledge
that in the worst case, provide the key to knowing that
the poverty described in books can be poetic
compared to what is experienced. However, for the
population with intellectual disability, it is a privilege
to access it and an irony that is only seems to happen
for those who in their environment live with less
attitudinal, structural and institutional barriers.
