RESUMEN<br/>Objetivos: Evaluar la relación entre estrés y ejercicio físico en estudiantes de la Universidad Adventista de Chile. <br/>Método: Estudio descriptivo, cuantitativo, analítico no experimental de corte transversal. Se definió una muestra no probabilística de 76 participantes, y se aplicó el instrumento Cuestionario Internacional de Actividad Física y el Inventario Sistémico Cognoscitivista para el estudio del estrés académico. <br/>Resultados: Un 35,7% realiza ejercicio físico moderado y otro 35,7% vigoroso. El 65,8% de los estudiantes presenta un estrés moderado. No existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre estrés y ejercicio físico. <br/>Conclusiones: Se observó que más del 50% de los participantes del estudio que realizó ejercicio físico, presentan un estrés moderado.<br/> |
